DLP Business Analyst/ Product Owner

We are recruiting for a BA/ Product Owner with DLP experience to join one of our Insurance clients on a 6-month contract.

Hybrid- 2 days a week onsite

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the GRS Architecture Team and assigned Architect to make sure that architecture direction and decisions relating to the technologies supporting the platform are appropriately discussed and debated to get to the best outcomes for the customer.
• Own and maintain the product backlog and be accountable for its maintenance.
• Work effectively as part of a team alongside the Scrum Master, development team and other team members, clarifying business requirements, removing roadblocks and open issues/questions as quickly and efficiently as possible.
• Contribute to Portfolio level 30/60/90-day planning sessions.
• Set expectations with stakeholders for delivery of new capabilities and features; responsible for developing clear, actionable user stories.
• Line management of Product Analysts
• Support and (where necessary) organise product Sprint demonstrations, retrospectives, and other Agile ceremonies.
• Collaboratively build the team product roadmap and consider strategic inputs from business stakeholders.

Experience

• Extensive experience in acting as a product owner / delivery lead within a team focusing on Data Loss Prevention related projects/programs of work .
• Extensive experience in acting as a Product Owner within a team within a team focused on Regulatory and Risk Management initiatives.??
• Experience with data governance, integrity, lineage & management
• Considerable relevant industry or functional experience in Insurance, including in Speciality, Commercial
• Experience shaping global operating models/frameworks and ensuring their effective adoption
• Experienced Agile practitioner capabilities and experience working in Agile teams
• Extensive experience of management of third-party suppliers and development teams, either on-shore or off-shore
• Experience working with MS Purview
• DLP experience/ Cyber security background.
