What you'll do:
Take end-to-end ownership of SEO initiatives, driving delivery independently across both technical and content workstreams, at the single page level and at scale.
Lead keyword research, competitor reviews, content analysis and optimization, translating findings into clear, prioritised recommendations.
Monitor performance to proactively surface trends, risks, and opportunities to improve search visibility and revenue; including designing and running test-and-learn experiments.
Continuously optimise SEO best practices and guidelines, informed by insights, experimentation, and performance analysis.
Collaborate with stakeholders across Growth Marketing and the wider B2B organisation to ensure SEO best practices are applied across all aspects of our white-label template platform.
Partner with Product and Tech teams to propose and drive improvements to SEO tooling and capabilities, using data, insights, and structured testing methodologies.
Become an expert user of SEO tools and processes, including content management systems, indexation, LLM content generation, and analytics and reporting solutions.
Who you are:
Proven experience delivering SEO initiatives, preferably in the travel industry or ecommerce.
Deep, practical knowledge of both technical and content SEO, with a track record of driving measurable outcomes autonomously.
Hands-on experience working within content management systems (CMS) and API-based solutions to deliver content updates, both in small batches and coordinated at scale.
Highly analytical and detail-oriented, with advanced web analytics skills. Comfortable independently crafting and interpreting keyword research, competitor analysis, and analytics reports, and managing multiple priorities simultaneously.
Commercially driven, with the ability to prioritise based on data and revenue impact.
Demonstrated experience generating measurable organic traffic or revenue growth from large scale LLM content.
Strong organisational, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with a collaborative mindset and proven ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams including Marketing, Sales, and Product.
Proficient with analytics and competitor research tools, such as Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics, Google keyword tool, SEO clarity and SEMrush.
Curious, adaptable, and open to feedback, with a strong desire to grow in a dynamic digital environment.
Up to date with the latest traditional and agentic search trends, tools, and best practices.
“In-house” experience required. Additional agency experience is a bonus.
