We are hiring a full-time Housekeeper for a new luxury wellness concept launching in Sloane Square . This is an exciting opportunity to join a pre-launch team helping to shape a next-generation destination focused on health, recovery, fitness and holistic wellbeing.
The Company:
A new luxury wellness destination is launching in Sloane Square, designed to integrate fitness, recovery, therapy and holistic wellbeing within an intentionally curated environment.
Every detail of the experience has been thoughtfully considered — from service and communication to the physical space itself — to create a welcoming, restorative and elevated guest journey.
This is a pre-launch concept with ambitious plans for growth, offering a unique opportunity to join at the earliest stage and help establish the culture, standards and environment from day one.
The Role:
As Housekeeper, you will play a key role in maintaining the cleanliness, presentation and overall environment of the studio.
You will be responsible for ensuring all areas are consistently maintained to the highest standards, completing regular cleanliness walkthroughs and managing housekeeping supplies and stock.
You will also take responsibility for housekeeping-related COSHH requirements and health & safety compliance, ensuring the studio remains safe, clean and welcoming for both guests and the wider team.
● Salary: £30,000–£32,000 per annum
● Full-time: 40 hours per week
● Start date: Monday, 23rd November 2026
● Weekend availability required
● Location: Sloane Square
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain exceptional standards of cleanliness throughout the studio.
Complete regular cleanliness and housekeeping walkthroughs.
Ensure all guest-facing and operational areas are clean, organised and presented to a luxury standard.
Manage housekeeping supplies and oversee all supply ordering.
Monitor stock levels and ensure supplies are available when required.
Take responsibility for housekeeping-related COSHH requirements.
Ensure cleaning products are stored and used safely and appropriately.
Support health & safety compliance from a housekeeping perspective.
Identify and report any maintenance, cleanliness or health & safety issues.
Maintain high standards of hygiene across all areas of the studio.
Support opening and closing procedures where required.
Work closely with the wider team to ensure the studio environment consistently reflects the brand’s premium standards.
Proactively identify areas for improvement and take ownership of maintaining the overall presentation of the space.
The Person:
The ideal candidate is highly organised, detail-oriented and takes genuine pride in maintaining exceptional standards.
They will likely demonstrate:
Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience, ideally within a luxury hospitality, wellness, hotel or similar environment.
Exceptional attention to detail and high personal standards.
A proactive and organised approach to their work.
Strong understanding of cleanliness and hygiene standards.
Experience managing cleaning supplies and stock.
An understanding of COSHH requirements and safe handling of cleaning products.
Awareness of health & safety requirements within a housekeeping environment.
Ability to work independently and take ownership of the cleanliness and presentation of the space.
A discreet, professional and service-led approach.
Flexibility to work shift patterns, including weekends.
Excellent reliability and time management.
