Executive Assistant 9 month FTC
Key Responsibilities
- Manage complex diaries and scheduling across multiple time zones.
- Coordinate travel arrangements, including flights, accommodation, and itineraries.
- Prepare and process expense reports in a timely manner.
- Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
- Support the preparation of meetings, including agendas, minutes, and follow-ups.
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Assist with ad hoc administrative tasks to support the wider team.
- Proactively identify and address organisational needs to ensure smooth operations.
