We are looking for a seasoned HR advisor with experience in a senior HR role and in a school setting. You’re confident enough to advise, but humble enough to ask when you're unsure. You understand the importance of confidentiality, and your attention to detail means processes are followed correctly, every time.

Whether you're supporting recruitment, resolving people queries, advising on policy, or guiding a line manager through a sensitive issue - you’ll be hands-on, thoughtful, and ready to roll up your sleeves.
