We are currently recruiting for a Chef de Partie to join our exclusive restaurant at The Londoner.

Overview:

We are expanding our brigade and currently recruiting for a Chef de Partie to join the team.

As a Chef de Partie you will support the Senior chefs in the delivering a high level of cuisine, working alongside our highly skilled chefs, your role will involve ensuring the food standards are maintained.

As a Chef de Partie you will be expected to be able to direct and coach the junior brigade team members, ensuring they achieve the food standards and quality required during service and prep.

Ensure guest expectations are exceeded and seeks opportunities to improve the guest experience by seeking feedback and evaluating service levels alongside the brigade.

About You:

Demonstrates passion and culinary standards within a high calibre fast paced environment.

Has the ability to demonstrate personal ownership of tasks and will ensure completion to achieve the required results.

Proven track record of achieving results, working well within a team motivated and keen to learn.
