Business Analyst (Hiring Immediately)
We are looking for an experienced, client-facing Senior Business Analyst to join our product organisation and support one of our key client accounts. You will play a central role in shaping, documenting, and validating business requirements, acting as the bridge between client stakeholders, product leadership, and engineering teams to ensure successful delivery of change. This role sits within the product team and reports on a day-to-day basis to one of our existing Product Leads. You will work closely with clients, developers, and internal product stakeholders to translate business needs into clear, actionable specifications and ensure solutions are delivered in line with expectations. The ideal candidate combines strong business analysis fundamentals with enough technical fluency to engage confidently in solution discussions . You will be comfortable working in an agile delivery environment, writing high-quality Jira tickets with acceptance criteria, supporting technical refinement, and following requirements through the full delivery lifecycle from initial definition to testing and client handover. This is a London-based role with mandatory office attendance, alongside the flexibility to work remotely from home on some days .
