Our client is a highly regarded and innovative design studio creating unique furniture pieces, collectible design, bespoke collections and prestigious high-end residential and hospitality interiors worldwide.

They are now looking for a Senior Furniture & Production Manager to take the lead on furniture projects from initial concept through to manufacture, delivery and installation.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Managing production schedules, quotations, purchase orders, budgets and project costs.
  • Coordinating suppliers, manufacturers, artisans and contractors, while proactively resolving technical and production challenges.
  • Developing and technically resolving designs, producing CAD models, detailed drawings, specifications, renders and manufacturing documentation.
  • Monitoring production through workshop, supplier, warehouse and site visits, ensuring quality and design standards are consistently maintained.
  • Preparing installation and care documentation and supporting projects through to successful completion.

About You:

  • You will have at least 5 years' experience in furniture design and production, ideally gained within a luxury residential, hospitality, collectible design or high-end furniture environment.
  • You will bring extensive knowledge of furniture construction, manufacturing processes, materials and specialist finishes, together with excellent technical drawing, detailing and 3D modelling skills.
  • A strong understanding of bronze, brass, steel, wood, stone, resin, upholstery and decorative finishes will be preferred.
  • You will also need strong commercial awareness, negotiation and budget management skills, alongside excellent organisation, communication and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Advanced proficiency in Rhino 3D, V-Ray, Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office is required.

What's on Offer:
A salary of £42,000 - £50,000, together with the opportunity to join a truly distinctive design studio working on some of the most exciting and prestigious furniture and interiors projects internationally.
