Main Responsibilities * Provide strategic leadership for the Music department across KS3, KS4 (GCSE), and KS5 (A-Level).

• Manage, mentor, and support a small, dedicated team of subject specialists.

• Oversee and expand the academy's extensive extracurricular timetable, including ensembles, choirs, and community performances.

• Maintain high standards of academic tracking, resource management, and curriculum innovation.
