Learning Support Assistant

Reeson Education are seeking a committed Learning Support Assistant to join a welcoming primary school in Wandsworth from January 2026. This full-time role involves supporting a Year 4 pupil with Autism and ADHD, helping them access learning and succeed in the classroom.

• Providing 1:1 support to a Year 4 pupil with ASD and ADHD

• Supporting focus, emotional regulation and engagement in lessons

• Implementing personalised strategies and SEN support plans

• Assisting with small group work and general classroom tasks

• Working closely with the class teacher, SENCO and external professionals

• Experience supporting children with Autism and/or ADHD

• Previous work in a UK primary school

• Calm, patient and consistent approach

• Strong communication and behaviour management skills

• Enhanced DBS on the update service (or willingness to apply)

• Supportive and experienced SEN and teaching teams

• Ongoing training and development opportunities

• A friendly, inclusive and well-resourced environment

• Excellent transport links across Wandsworth and SW London
