Private Secretary
- Manage written material, managing correspondence and working with the in-house events team
- Provide comprehensive diary management and travel coordination.
- Prepare and distribute meeting agendas, minutes, and briefing documents.
- Act as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
- Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
- Coordinate administrative tasks to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
- Support the preparation of reports and presentations as required.
- Ensure all correspondence is managed in a timely and accurate manner.
