We are looking for an Enablement Manager to be the driving force behind our sales teams' success, ensuring they have the knowledge, content, and tools to effectively communicate our value proposition. You will lead the execution of all enablement programs across our global professional services organisation.

Requirements
Sales Methodologies - Build and Deliver
- Build-out the Qodea Sales Process: Working with the Director of Go-to-Market, establish the gold-standard sales process for Qodea.
- Sales Methodology Adoption: Own the implementation, training, and enforcement of our sales methodology , working directly with sellers and sales leadership to embed the framework into the daily selling process..
- Why Qodea Value Delivery: Drive the creation, curation, and deployment of high-impact content that answers key commercial questions for complex deals, including 'Why Qodea', 'Why Now in the enterprise IT landscape', and 'How We Deliver Complex Projects', empowering our teams to articulate our unique value proposition in a compelling, technically-grounded way. This will also encompass margin-maintenance initiatives such as the use of offshore / nearshore centres of delivery alongside in-region Principal resources.
- Content Management & Alignment: Ensure all content (solution briefs, case studies, battlecards) is easily accessible, up-to-date, and aligned with our Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) and the specific stages of the sales cycle.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate closely with Solutions Architects, Delivery Leads, Marketing, and Product to translate complex service offerings into clear, sales-ready narratives.
Enablement Systems & Data-Driven Insights
- Tech Stack Input: Work with the wider GTM team to Manage and optimise the Sales Enablement technology stack (e.g., CRM/Salesforce, content management systems, LMS) to ensure technical integrity and maximum user adoption.
- Data-Driven Insights: Analyse enablement program KPIs and sales data (e.g., sales cycle length, deal size, content usage by high-performing reps) to measure the impact of content and training, using insights to continually refine and improve the enablement strategy.
Essential Experience:
- Sales Enablement Leadership: Strong experience in a dedicated Sales Enablement role, preferably supporting an Enterprise Sales or Solution Sales team in the B2B IT/Technology/Consulting space.
- Sales Methodology Expertise: Deep, hands-on experience implementing and coaching one or more formal sales methodologies (e.g., MEDDIC, Challenger, Solution Selling).
- Consultancy/Technical Acumen: Proven ability to understand and translate complex technical services (e.g., cloud, AI, digital transformation, software engineering) into clear, compelling sales narratives and training programs.
- Stakeholder Management: Exceptional ability to partner with and influence Sales VPs, Sales Managers, and individual contributors to drive behavior change.
- CRM/Enablement Tools: Hands-on proficiency in CRM systems (Salesforce preferred) and Sales Enablement platforms/LMS for content management and training.
