Production Manager
Location: Northwest London
Salary: C. £55,000 DOE I am seeking a driven and ambitious Production Manager to join a rapidly expanding SME within the Food Manufacturing sector. In this role, you will oversee daily production operations, ensuring efficiency, quality, and compliance with food safety standards. You'll lead and motivate a team, manage resources, and drive continuous improvement initiatives to meet business goals. Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and coordinate production schedules and workflows
- Ensure adherence to health, safety, and quality standards
- Lead and develop production teams to achieve KPIs
- Implement process improvements to optimize efficiency
- Proven experience in food manufacturing or FMCG environment
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Knowledge of HACCP and food safety regulations
- Ability to work in a fast-paced setting
