With a culture built on collaboration, innovation, and purpose, they re on an exciting growth journey and are now seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Manager to lead and elevate their hiring function.
The Role
As Talent Acquisition Manager , you ll take ownership of the end-to-end recruitment strategy, driving scalable, data-led hiring processes across technology, product, and business operations.
This is a strategic and hands-on role ideal for someone who can balance vision with execution. You ll work closely with senior stakeholders to understand workforce needs, build a high-performing recruitment team, and create an exceptional candidate and hiring manager experience.
Key Responsibilities

Develop and deliver the overall talent acquisition strategy aligned to business growth plans.

Build, mentor, and manage a recruitment team capable of supporting rapid scaling across tech and business functions.

Own and optimise the full recruitment lifecycle, from workforce planning to onboarding.

Partner with senior stakeholders to forecast hiring needs, manage expectations, and provide insights on market trends.

Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion, ensuring inclusive practices are embedded throughout the hiring process.

Implement recruitment technology and processes that improve efficiency and candidate experience.

Lead employer branding initiatives, showcasing the company as an employer of choice in FinTech.

Analyse and report on recruitment metrics, using data to drive continuous improvement.
About You
-
Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Manager / Lead / Head of Recruitment, ideally within FinTech or Technology.

Demonstrated success in building and scaling recruitment teams in fast-paced, high-growth environments.

Strong understanding of technology and product recruitment within the FinTech landscape.

Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence at all levels.

Strategic mindset with a hands-on, data-driven approach.

Passionate about innovation, process improvement, and candidate experience.

Proficient in modern ATS systems, sourcing tools, and recruitment analytics.
