About Your Role

As a Principal Cloud Transformation Manager within our Cloud & Infrastructure capability, you will lead and manage large-scale cloud transformation programmes for complex enterprise clients. You will be accountable for end-to-end delivery, spanning assessment, mobilisation, execution, and transition to run, while ensuring alignment to business outcomes, financial objectives, and risk constraints.

Operating at principal level, you will provide senior leadership across multi-workstream programmes, coordinating architecture, engineering, security, finance, and business teams. You will manage senior client stakeholders, shape transformation roadmaps, and ensure delivery is governed, predictable, and value-driven across Cloud environments.

You will play a critical role in defining transformation approaches, delivery models, and governance frameworks, while contributing to go-to-market propositions and supporting the development of our Cloud Transformation and Delivery Management offerings.

Key Responsibilities & Capabilities

• Lead and manage large-scale cloud transformation programmes from initiation through to delivery and transition to operations
• Own programme-level planning, governance, risk management, financial oversight, and delivery assurance
• Coordinate multi-stream delivery across architecture, platform, application, security, and operations teams
• Manage senior client stakeholders, providing clear status reporting, issue management, and decision support
• Oversee cloud migration and modernisation initiatives, ensuring alignment to agreed scope, timelines, and outcomes
• Establish and run programme governance forums, Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies (RAID) management, and executive reporting
• Ensure delivery adheres to cloud best practices, regulatory constraints, and organisational standards
• Contribute to proposals, programme planning, and transformation offerings within the Cloud & Infrastructure capability

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university
• Strong experience in technology delivery, transformation management, or consulting roles
• Proven experience leading and managing large-scale cloud or digital transformation programmes
• Strong understanding of cloud platforms and cloud delivery models
• Demonstrated experience managing complex, multi-vendor and multi-workstream programmes
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, including executive-level engagement

Preferred / Desirable Experience

• Experience delivering large cloud migration or modernisation programmes
• Background working within regulated or highly governed enterprise environments
• Formal programme or project management certifications (e.g. MSP, PRINCE2, PMP)
• Experience working in consulting or professional services environments
• Understanding of cloud economics, FinOps, or platform operating models

• Willingness and ability to travel across client sites within the EMEA region
• Fluent spoken and written English (additional languages advantageous depending on location)
