As our Sales Executive, you’ll be the heartbeat of venue sales — driving revenue, increasing awareness, and creating memorable guest experiences from first enquiry to the final cocktail. You’ll collaborate closely with the General Manager, Nightcap’s Sales & Marketing team, and the wider Dirty Martini network to ensure we’re the first choice for corporate bookings, parties, and celebrations.

Your day-to-day will include:

  • Proactively identifying new sales opportunities through outreach, networking, and local partnerships with offices, businesses, and event agencies.
  • Driving revenue through inbound and outbound enquiries — turning interest into bookings and one-off guests into repeat customers.
  • Building relationships in the local community to grow brand visibility and generate consistent business leads.
  • Managing the full sales process, from enquiry handling and show-arounds to booking confirmation and post-event follow-up.
  • Collaborating with the marketing team on creative activations, campaigns, and content that support sales goals.
  • Tracking performance, reporting on sales activity, and sharing insights to help shape local strategy.

  • Experience in venue, event, or corporate sales is an advantage, but we’re open to anyone with ambition, drive, and the right energy.
