Contract: Full time, 37.5 hours, Permanent
Location: Salford Quays
Salary Banding: £35,000 - £41,000 plus fantastic benefits
About this role
Are you a proactive, organised, and people-focused professional with a passion for supporting senior leaders and dynamic teams? Bupa's Chief Security & Controls Office (CSCO) is looking for a Team Personal Assistant to support two Directors and the wider team with a variety of administrative and coordination tasks.
How you'll help us make health happen:
- Managing complex diaries and coordinating meetings across time zones.
- Organising key team activities such as monthly meetings, away days, and business travel.
- Supporting onboarding and offboarding, including equipment and software logistics.
- Tracking headcount changes and maintaining team documentation and distribution lists.
- Coordinating team training and monitoring time bookings to project codes.
- Managing expenses, overtime approvals, and raising purchase orders.
- Arranging travel and supporting logistics for internal and external visitors.
- Providing ad-hoc admin support and collaborating with other PAs across the function.
- Champion a can-do attitude, stepping forward to offer help and support wherever needed.
Key Skills / Experience needed for this role:
- Highly organised with excellent attention to detail.
- Experienced in supporting at Director level.
- A confident user of Microsoft 365 (Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Planner).
- Familiar with Microsoft Copilot or eager to learn.
- A natural problem-solver who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
- A team player with a positive, proactive mindset and strong communication skills.
