Experienced Educational Nanny / Family Assistant

• Location: Primrose Hill / Regent’s Park
• Start: March 2026 (or sooner)
• Hours: Monday to Thursday, 7.30am – 7.30pm
• Salary: Up to £60,000 gross per annum
• Children: B8, B5 and G2 years-old
• Travel: Yes, international (3 or 4 times per year)
• Driver: Yes, must (automatic car)

A warm, professional and highly organised family based in Primrose Hill is seeking an exceptional Educational Nanny to take over from their much-loved nanny of two years, who is relocating out of London.
This is a long-term, high-quality role suited to a confident, career nanny who enjoys working in a busy, structured household and supporting children both emotionally and academically.
The children are all settled into school and nursery (the boys full-time, the youngest part-time), allowing the nanny to focus on high-quality childcare, education support and family organisation.

From January 2027 onwards, the role will evolve into a more nanny/family-assistant style position, including:
• Batch cooking and light family meal prep
• Running errands and managing household admin
• Supporting the smooth day-to-day running of the home

A housekeeper works 30 hours per week, so this role focuses on childcare, organisation and educational support rather than cleaning.

• School and nursery runs
• Planning and leading stimulating, age-appropriate activities
• Supporting homework, early learning and exam preparation
• Encouraging independence, confidence and good manners
• Organising after-school schedules and activities
• Batch cooking and light family support from January
• Packing, preparation and support for family travel
• Creating a calm, structured and positive home environment

The Ideal Candidate
• English to a native level
• Education-focused, ideally with a teaching, tutoring or strong academic background
• Warm, playful and genuinely loves working with children
• Confident setting clear boundaries in a busy household
• Organised, proactive and able to manage multiple schedules
• Happy in a large home with lots of stairs
• Positive, energetic and emotionally intelligent
• A driver (automatic) is preferred.

Accommodation & Travel
• Live-out preferred, but live-in may be considered for the right candidate
• The family travels internationally 3–4 times per year (typically 1 week to 10 days at a time)
• A potential trip to Mauritius at the end of March
