Are you a passionate beauty expert, ready to lead a dynamic team and take your career to the next level? Join us as a Senior Beauty Specialist on Oxford Street.

We’re shaking up the beauty scene at Boots, and our Senior Beauty Specialists are leading the way. This is a sales-focused role, but it’s all about team success rather than individual competition. You’ll energise your team to achieve shared goals and celebrate wins together. Plus, with up to £2,000 annual product allowance*, you’ll have the opportunity to personally experience premium products.

  • Bring new product and brand launches to life, building excitement across the store
  • Keep the Beauty Hall and counters well-stocked and looking their best
  • Take part in brand training, immersive learning and virtual and in-person conferences to stay ahead in the industry
  • Get involved in social content, events and campaigns

What you’ll need to have

  • A genuine passion for beauty, skincare, haircare, and helping people feel their best
  • Proven experience leading a team to success
  • A warm, confident approach when engaging with customers
  • Experience achieving sales targets and influencing others to do the same
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to understand customer needs
  • Curiosity and a proactive approach to learning new techniques and products

It would be great if you also have

  • Experience working in beauty retail or a target-driven environment
  • An interest in creating social content
