Corporate Associate / Senior Associate (5–8 PQE)

Practice: Corporate / M&A / Private Equity / Offshore

A leading international offshore law firm is looking to recruit a Corporate Associate / Senior Associate (5–8 PQE) to join its London office .

This is a standout opportunity to work on high-value, cross-border corporate transactions within a globally integrated platform advising major financial institutions, corporates and investment funds across multiple offshore jurisdictions.

The Role

You will advise on a broad range of sophisticated corporate matters, including:

• Mergers & acquisitions and joint ventures
• Private equity and venture capital investments
• Series financings and corporate reorganisations
• Cross-border transactions involving offshore structures (Cayman, BVI, Channel Islands, etc.)

You will work closely with partners and senior lawyers across international offices, taking on significant responsibility in transaction delivery while building direct client relationships.

The Candidate

• Qualified lawyer (England & Wales or another Commonwealth jurisdiction)
• 5–8 years’ PQE gained at a top-tier international, City or offshore firm
• Strong experience across corporate transactions (M&A, PE, financings)
• Proven ability to manage complex, multi-jurisdictional deals
• Commercially astute with strong drafting and communication skills
• Ambitious and comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-performance environment

Offshore experience is advantageous but not essential — strong onshore corporate lawyers with cross-border exposure are encouraged to apply.
