The Opportunity & Contract Profile
Join the high-performing operations team for an Outstanding school dedicated to providing a safe, clean, and stimulating environment for all pupils. This role requires strong leadership and practical skills within a clear, structured framework.
- Contract: Full-Time, Permanent (52 weeks per year).
- Working Hours: Standard 37 hours per week (flexibility required for security/events).
Core Responsibilities & Duties Scope
- Operational Leadership: Supervision of site staff, including delegating tasks and managing performance.
- Compliance & Safety: Maintaining security systems, managing risk assessments, and ensuring the site meets all regulatory requirements.
- Facilities Management: Managing minor repairs, coordinating major contractors, and preparing the site for school events.
Essential Requirements & Benefits
- Candidate Profile: Proven experience in premises management, strong organisational skills, and practical DIY/maintenance capabilities.
- Compensation: Competitive salary, dependent on experience and qualifications (ranging from £34,000 – £40,000+).
