Key responsibilities will include:

• Managing a diverse portfolio of businesses, from large SMEs to international corporations
• Handling corporate tax provisioning, compliance, and advisory work for your portfolio
• Engaging in various business tax work, such as ad-hoc advisory and international tax matters.
• Assisting with transactional and due diligence work when needed

Year one:

• You will be working with your peer group and experienced senior staff.
• You will broaden and deepen your knowledge of tax areas and develop your management skills.
• In addition, you will build client relationships and learn to win new business.

Year two and beyond:

• You will work to have significant involvement in strategy and operations through management and staff development.
• After establishing yourself, you will work towards building your internal value. If you want to get to the director and partner, you will need to create a “brand you” to get noticed by the partners. This team will recognise excellence. However, you must ensure the senior team knows your achievements by networking effectively.
