Restaurant Assistant Manager
Join a fast-growing, craveable chicken restaurant as our Assistant Restaurant Leader in London. You'll support the Restaurant Leader, upholding our high standards while working in a bustling kitchen and interacting with customers. Expect a physically demanding role with varied temperatures and common allergens.

- Pay: £22,000 - £25,000 per annum
- Hours: Varied shifts, including days, evenings, weekends and occasional travel
- Contract: Full-time, permanent
- Location: London
- Start date: ASAP
- Closing date: 30/06/2023
The Work
- Hire, train, and manage hourly crewmembers
- Create work and training schedules
- Act as manager on duty, opening and closing the restaurant
- Manage cash handling and ensure accountability
- Enforce policies, execute shift management, and maintain cleanliness
- Provide exemplary customer service and utilize reward programs
What You Need
- 3+ years of restaurant or retail management experience
- Strong analytical, written and verbal communication skills
- Detail-oriented, organized, flexible, and highly energetic
- Able to work independently and collaboratively, problem-solve, and adapt to new systems
- GCSEs or equivalent required, some tertiary education preferred
- Valid UK driver's license
