Role Description
This is a casual on-site role located in our London boutique for a Luxury Sales Assistant at Millie Savage Jewellery Pty Ltd. The role involves providing exceptional customer service, supporting clients throughout their purchasing journey, and building strong customer relationships. The Luxury Sales Assistant will handle daily sales operations, manage the organisation of inventory, maintain the display and atmosphere of the store, and ensure seamless communication with the team. Additionally, the ideal candidate will foster a warm and inviting retail experience, reflecting the company’s brand ethos.
Qualifications
- Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-focused attitude
- Excellence in customer service and effective communication skills
- Proven sales abilities and experience in driving results
- Effective organizational and multitasking skills
- A passion for fine jewelry and an understanding of luxury retail practices
- Positive attitude and professionalism, with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively
- Previous experience in a premium or luxury retail environment is an advantage
- Proficiency in operating retail point-of-sale systems
