Restaurant Operations Manager

The Operations Manager is a key role in our rapidly growing chicken restaurant chain, serving our famous chicken finger meals with passion and excellence. You'll support the Restaurant Leader in ensuring our standards and culture shine through in every aspect of our operation. This is a hands-on role that combines managerial duties with frontline responsibilities, offering a competitive pay package and a range of benefits.

Key Details:

• Pay: Competitive hourly rate + monthly bonus
• Hours: Varied shifts including days, evenings, weekends, and travel as needed
• Contract: Full-time
• Location: East Sheen
• Start date: As soon as possible
• Closing date: Until filled

The Work:

• Execute restaurant operations, acting as the manager on duty
• Open and close the restaurant, managing cash handling and crew deployment
• Enforce company policies and ensure operational excellence
• Provide exceptional customer service and utilise reward and recognition programs
• Maintain cleanliness and ensure the facility is in good working order
• Complete other duties as assigned

What You Need:

• Minimum 18 years of age with GCSEs or equivalent
• 3+ years of restaurant or retail management experience
• Ability to work varied shifts and travel as needed
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
• Self-driven with excellent communication skills and a 'can do' attitude
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and able to learn new systems quickly

Desirable:

• Previous experience with Raising Cane’s
• Fluency in a second language
