Head of Growth Insights

This isn't just about crunching numbers; it's about leading, influencing, and enabling. You’ll serve as the custodian of data governance and definitions for our GTM teams, ensuring alignment across key stakeholders like Data Engineering and FP&A. You'll translate complex analytical findings into clear, actionable business insights and empower your team and other Booksy stakeholders to use data effectively. Requirements
What you'll bring to the team:
- Experience leading an Analytics function within a Tech or Internet Marketplace scale-up
- Proven ability to lead, coach, and develop analytics professionals.
- Expert-level proficiency in SQL, Python, R, and advanced Excel for data manipulation and analysis.
- Deep understanding of customer acquisition, retention, and expansion metrics and strategies.
- Hands-on experience with Business Intelligence Platforms such as Tableau, Power BI, Looker, Domo, or similar.
- Experience with cloud data warehouses (Snowflake, BigQuery, Databricks) and data pipeline management.
- Demonstrated experience managing agile sprint cycles, particularly fortnightly delivery cadences.
- Strong skills in managing relationships with senior stakeholders and cross-functional partners.
