Our clients are looking for Lead Interaction Designer to join their team.
ABOUT YOU & THE ROLE
As a Lead Interaction Designer, you will play a key role in shaping the user experience of apps used by millions of people. Working within a multidisciplinary team, you will guide the design strategy to ensure the application is intuitive, accessible, and user-centric. You will apply your deep knowledge of interaction design principles to solve complex problems and improve digital healthcare journeys for the general public.
Extensive experience in User Experience (UX) design for large-scale digital products or services
Deep knowledge of interaction design principles and industry best practices
Proven track record in conducting user research and usability testing to inform design decisions
Proficiency in creating high-fidelity wireframes and interactive prototypes
Strong capability in defining information architecture and mapping complex user journeys
Nice to have: Previous experience working on public sector or healthcare applications
SOME THINGS YOU’LL BE WORKING ON
Lead the interaction design for the app to ensure a highly accessible and user-friendly experience
Create and iterate on wireframes, prototypes, and user flows based on user needs and technical constraints
Collaborate closely with user researchers to plan and execute usability testing sessions
Translate research findings into actionable design improvements and strategic recommendations
Define and maintain the information architecture to help users navigate healthcare services easily
Work alongside developers, product managers, and stakeholders to deliver high-quality design solutions
