Insurance Account Executive

You will be joining an independent, boutique broker who are recognised as a leader in the UK entertainment industry. Become part of an established and highly successful, market leader who put client service at the forefront of everything they do.

* Account Executive / Broker

Key Duties:

* Management of designated accounts from cradle to grave.
* Work closely with new and existing clients to obtain risk information and understand insurance needs
* Identify suitable markets and insurance cover that is fit for purpose
* Prepare broking presentations to markets
* Negotiate with insurers and secure the best rates and cover
* Present quotes to clients and provide explanations and advice
* Ensure client documentation is created and dispatched
* Monitor premium collections
* Effectively manage scheme bordereaux channels
* Support clients through the claims process
* At all times be open and receptive to addressing client queries.

What you need to show

* Our client is open to considering candidates with 2 to 20+ years of UK commercial insurance experience, as training and development support will be provided.
* Experience working within a broking environment is required.
* Excellent customer service skills are essential.
* A flexible and adaptable attitude is essential as you will be working within a small team where everyone supports each other to put the client's needs first and provide gold standard customer service

What you need to know

* Office is based in Farringdon, London with 1 day per week working from home, if required.
* Salary is dependent on level of experience and what skills and experience you can bring to the role.
