Requirements: Experience in a Systems team within a law firm. Critical Systems: 3E, IntApp, SSRS, Power BI reports, 2nd Line Support, Reconcile Data Across Finance Systems.

The role
The role will be working with Head of Business Intelligence & Systems, the Application Analyst is essential to ensure the stability, efficiency and scalability of the current business systems.

Centralising documentation Standardising processes They will serve as an additional point of contact for application-related issues
Beyond project work, the Application Analyst will:
Play a vital role in the day-to-day running of systems Resolve user issues Optimise workflows Ensuring the Firm's applications are aligned with the evolving needs of the business by working with various business stakeholdersWhat do you need?
Experience in a systems team within a law firmStrong understanding od legal department operationsKnowledge of legal practice management systems and relational databasesExcellent communication and problem-solving skillsHighly motivated, eager to learn, and a string team playerStrong organisational skills and attention to detailAbility to work under pressure and manage priorities effectively
