Job Title: Project Administrator
We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Office and Project Administrator to join our growing interior design and fit-out team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys a varied position, supporting both day-to-day office operations and ongoing project delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to the management and project teams.
- Coordinate documentation, schedules, and communication between clients, suppliers, and contractors.
- Assist with project tracking, timelines, and reporting to ensure smooth delivery.
- Manage office supplies, records, and correspondence.
- Support with quotations, purchase orders, and invoice processing.
- Help maintain project files and ensure compliance with company procedures.
- Contribute to the organisation of team meetings, site visits, and client presentations.
About You
- Strong organisational and multitasking skills, with excellent attention to detail.
- Confident communicator with the ability to liaise professionally with clients, colleagues, and suppliers.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and comfortable learning new software.
- Previous experience in an administrative or project coordination role, ideally within construction, interiors, or design.
- A proactive and flexible team player who enjoys working in a dynamic environment.
