The Chancery Rosewood, a Rosewood Hotel Group property, occupies the iconic former U.S. Embassy on Grosvenor Square, reimagined by British architect Sir David Chipperfield. With 144 suites designed by Joseph Dirand and a portfolio of destination dining, bars and event spaces, the hotel is one of London’s most distinctive luxury destinations.

The Role
As Director of Revenue, you will lead the hotel’s revenue strategy, partnering closely with Sales, Marketing, Finance and Operations to drive sustainable performance, market leadership and long-term value. Reporting to the Managing Director, you will hold full accountability for pricing, forecasting, distribution and revenue optimisation across all streams.

You will shape and execute revenue and yield strategies in line with global best practice, balancing commercial performance with brand positioning and guest experience.

Key Accountabilities

  • Own and deliver the overall revenue strategy aligned with brand and commercial objectives

  • Lead pricing, forecasting, budgeting and yield management

  • Analyse market trends, competitor activity and demand patterns

  • Optimise distribution channels, inventory and rate integrity

  • Partner with Sales & Marketing to maximise total revenue and market share

  • Provide clear, data-led insights to the Executive Committee

  • Lead and develop the revenue analyst, embedding best-in-class systems and processes

  • Proven senior revenue leadership experience within luxury or lifestyle hospitality

  • Strong commercial and analytical capability

  • Deep understanding of revenue systems and distribution platforms

  • Confident senior stakeholder influencer

  • Calm, decisive and adaptable
