Position Overview
As our first dedicated Europe/UK Marketing Manager, you’ll own end‑to‑end event programs and localized demand‑gen initiatives. Reporting to the VP of Marketing and working closely with Sales, CS, and Partnerships, you’ll be responsible for:
Events & Sponsorships
- Research, secure, and manage Xnurta’s participation in events that connect with retail media customers and drive leads
- Coordinate logistics, branding, and on‑site activation for co-hosted events with our partners (e.g. Amazon)
Webinars & Virtual Forums
- Launch and run monthly Europe & UK‑focused webinars featuring Xnurta experts and industry partners
- Coordinate with sales to drive registration, attendance, and follow‑up via HubSpot workflows
Localized Campaigns & Collateral
- Create and execute LinkedIn Ads and organic social campaigns tailored to European & UK markets
- Develop localized sales assets such as one‑pagers, slide decks, case studies, and email templates
- Source and manage translators or agencies for high‑quality content adaptation
Performance & Reporting
- Track and optimize campaigns in GA4, HubSpot, and LinkedIn Ads Manager
- Deliver monthly performance reviews to the VP Marketing, CEO, SVP Sales, and European pod lead
- Provide insights and recommendations to accelerate revenue growth and brand awareness
What You’ll Bring
- 3–5 years in B2B SaaS or adtech marketing, owning regional event and demand‑gen programs
- Mandatory experience in retail media platforms (Amazon Ads, Amazon DSP, and Amazon Marketing Cloud)
- Strong hands‑on skills with HubSpot, GA4, and LinkedIn Ads
- Fluency in English required; German and/or French strongly preferred
- Entrepreneurial spirit: you thrive building programs from scratch with minimal processes
- Excellent project management and cross‑functional collaboration skills
- Comfort with up to 25% travel to European events
- Ability to work up to four days a week in our London office
