Head of Performance Creative in London Area

We're working with one of Europe's fastest-growing AI startups and they're looking for a brilliant Head of Performance Creative to join them.

Having already seen monumental success, this role is an exciting opportunity for this person to join and elevate things further. They've just secured their Series B funding, and are already at over $14M ARR. Here you'll be owning their content production engine overseeing the creation, optimisation, and organisation of all digital content across the full funnel.

You'll also be managing a team of 7 creatives, combining leadership with content execution and strategic oversight.

What you'll be doing:

• Working across creative direction and strategy; defining the content roadmap and ensuring assets align with performance data, audience insights and business objectives.
• Building and leading the Creative Production Team.
• Producing 250+ paid social assets monthly, ensuring efficiency and quality.
• Managing video and photo shots, owning the end-to-end production process.
• Continuously iterating, tracking feedback and ensuring assets meet brand and creative standards.
• Optimising their process to ensure that production scales smoothly as the brand grows.
• Staying ahead of the latest AI tools and trends, and using AI extensively throughout content production.

Who are they looking for?

• You're experienced
• You have a deep understanding of content performance metrics and the ability to optimise creative assets.
• You're fast-paced, proactive and you make things happen.
• You're experienced managing video and photo production, including casting, studio booking and logistics.
• You've got a proven ability to manage and scale creative teams including freelancers, videographers and designers
• You're exceptional when it comes to running multiple production timelines seamlessly.
• You're comfortable working in a fast-scaling startup environment.

And most of all, you're passionate about building a world-class creative production system!

Salary : Up to £140,000 + equity

Location : 4 days/week in their Central London office
