Configuration Manager
Resource, capability, and career management, including training and recruitment.
Lead and deliver Configuration activities on complex projects.
Ensure quality outputs through planning, reviews, and process compliance.
Drive functional improvements, audits, and tool management.
Build strong stakeholder relationships and promote Configuration capability. We are looking for: Degree or extensive experience in Configuration Management.
Proven track record in defence, aerospace, or maritime environments.
Knowledge of Configuration standards (e.g. Defence Standard 05-057).
Experience leading teams and delivering Configuration projects.
Hands-on expertise in Configuration Management planning, processes, and in-service support
