We're hiring a Head of Supply Chain for a high growth start-up company within the consumer space. This company has grown exponentially over the last couple of years and are now operating across multiple channels.

This is a newly created role, that will lead and develop a team, as well as take ownership over a number of strategic projects.

  • Manage and grow a high-performing supply chain team, including direct oversight of planners and supply chain managers.
  • Oversee warehouse planning, stock control, and inventory management to ensure consistent product availability and optimized cash flow.
  • Build strong, strategic partnerships with suppliers to maintain high standards across quality, reliability, and cost-efficiency.
  • Manage third-party logistics (3PL) and shipping providers, ensuring timely and complete delivery to customers.
  • Ensure regulatory compliance in collaboration with the internal teams.
  • Proactively identify and mitigate risks related to raw materials, packaging, and logistics to safeguard customer supply.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to support new product launches, market expansions, and business-wide operational initiatives.

  • Own and enhance supply chain tools, systems, and dashboards to meet evolving operational requirements.
  • Oversee supply chain budgets and KPIs, driving cost optimization without compromising quality

About You

  • Proven leadership in scaling supply chain operations within a start-up, scale-up, or fast-paced FMCG environment.
  • Strong expertise in end-to-end supply chain operations, including procurement, forecasting, inventory, and logistics.
  • Advanced analytical and Excel modelling skills; familiarity with SQL or a strong desire to self-serve data is a plus.
  • Commercially savvy, with a deep understanding of cash flow, cost drivers, and operational metrics.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, both internally and externally.
  • Experience supporting new product development and market launches.
  • Experience working within regulated industries (e.g., pharmaceuticals, cosmetics, or food) is highly desirable.

Salary up to £90,000 plus equity and fantastic career development opportunities.
