The role:
AIRE is looking for a Receptionist to join our site in London, awarded as London’s Spa of the Year 2023, 2024 and 2025.
As a Receptionist, you will be one of the first and last points of contact for our guests, creating a warm, professional and seamless experience throughout their visit. You will coordinate the front desk activities during your shift, confidently assist guests with their requests, and ensure that our service standards are consistently maintained.
Key responsibilities:
Greeting, welcoming and escorting guests, providing a warm, professional and seamless experience throughout their visit.
Answering calls and emails, responding to enquiries and managing guest requests and complaints with professionalism and care.
Anticipating guests’ needs and providing attentive and efficient support throughout their journey.
Operating the reservation system accurately and identifying natural opportunities to promote and upsell our services and experiences.
Maintaining the reception area to the highest standards of presentation, cleanliness and organisation.
Supporting daily reception operations, including amenities, stock control, replenishment and preparation of guest-related items.
Who you are:
You have at least 1 year of experience in a Front Desk or Receptionist role.
Previous experience in hospitality, wellness or a similar customer-focused environment is highly valued.
Professional English level is required.
You are warm, confident and professional, with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
You have a genuine interest in providing an exceptional guest experience.
Your schedule is flexible. The rota can include shifts in the mornings, evenings, nights, weekends and bank holidays.
Shift patterns:
Shifts are organised on a rotating schedule and are planned at least two weeks ahead.
Operating hours start at 7:00 AM and end at 11:30 PM. Shifts are a maximum of 8.5 hours (including break).
The centre operates Monday to Sunday, including bank holidays.
