Prop Firm Match Global FZCO is a leading platform for discovering, comparing, and selecting proprietary trading firms. We provide traders with tools and features for traders to easily compare challenge details, read verified reviews, see audited payout data, and much more, from the top prop firms. The mission is to increase transparency and efficiency in the prop trading industry by helping traders make informed decisions that align with their goals.

𝐑𝐨𝐥𝐞 𝐎𝐯𝐞𝐫𝐯𝐢𝐞𝐰

We're looking for a detail-oriented CFD Researcher to ensure the accuracy and consistency of data on proprietary trading firms. You'll be responsible for delivering timely research updates, maintaining internal databases, and safeguarding the quality of public-facing content. This is a fully remote role with cross-functional collaboration and high ownership.

Requirements

𝐊𝐞𝐲 𝐏𝐞𝐫𝐟𝐨𝐫𝐦𝐚𝐧𝐜𝐞 𝐎𝐛𝐣𝐞𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐯𝐞𝐬

1. Ensure data accuracy and content integrity

▸ Maintain 100% accuracy across all firm data, internal trackers, and the PFM website.
▸ Proactively identify and correct outdated or inconsistent information.

▸ Audit public-facing content regularly to ensure high standards of quality and trust.

2. Deliver timely and independent research updates

▸ Own the delivery of weekly research outputs without needing supervision or follow-ups.

▸ Keep internal databases current, ensuring updates are made within 7 days of any firm changes.
▸ Confidently analyze and summarize firm profiles, especially in the CFD trading space.

3. Improve internal collaboration and processes

▸ Coordinate closely with content and product teams to avoid duplicate work and ensure aligned updates.
▸ Identify at least 3 recurring workflow or data issues and propose improvements within the first 90 days.
▸ Help streamline research workflows for greater efficiency and fewer errors.

4. Contribute to strategic insight and domain growth

▸ Develop fluency in the CFD prop trading domain by profiling at least 15 firms within two months.

▸ Support long-term planning by providing input on trends and new firm developments.
▸ Eventually take ownership of a research segment or topic area as the team grows.

𝐐𝐮𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬

▸ Proven experience in research, data analysis, or a similar role requiring high attention to detail.
▸ Solid understanding of the proprietary trading landscape, especially CFD-based prop firms.
▸ Strong sense of ownership, accountability, and independent work ethic.
▸ Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
▸ Demonstrated ability to proactively identify issues and improve processes.
▸ Comfortable working remotely and collaborating across functions.

▸ Prior experience as a trader or researcher within a trading firm or fintech company.
▸ Familiarity with data tools or platforms for managing research or content.

𝐒𝐮𝐜𝐜𝐞𝐬𝐬 𝐈𝐧𝐝𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐨𝐫𝐬

▸ Full audit of firm data and public-facing content completed within 30 days; 100% of critical discrepancies resolved.

▸ Research updates and firm monitoring consistently delivered on schedule with zero follow-ups by end of month 1.

▸ Internal research database fully updated and maintained weekly with no gaps longer than 7 days.

▸ At least 3 process gaps identified and improvement suggestions proposed by end of month 2.

▸ Confident summaries and evaluations created for at least 15 CFD-based prop firms by end of month 2.

4. Discovery Interview with Talent Acquisition Lead: A 30-minute conversation with Ani Meruzhan Margaryan, our TA Lead, to explore your career path and assess values alignment.
5. Offer Stage: If successful, we’ll share a casual offer discussion first, followed by a formal written offer.
