Position Overview:

As a London Restructuring Lawyer with a minimum of 3 years' post-qualification experience (PQE), you will play a pivotal role in our client's Restructuring and Insolvency practice. You will be at the forefront of complex restructuring matters, providing expertise in corporate reorganizations, insolvency proceedings, and distressed asset transactions. Your deep knowledge in restructuring and insolvency law will be instrumental in delivering top-tier legal counsel in a fast-paced and challenging environment.

Responsibilities:

- Offer expert legal advice on a range of restructuring and insolvency matters, including corporate reorganisations, distressed asset sales, and insolvency proceedings.

- Draft, review, and negotiate various legal documents, such as restructuring plans, debt restructuring agreements, and insolvency orders.

- Provide strategic guidance to clients throughout the restructuring process and assist in negotiations.

Qualifications:

- Qualified solicitor in England & Wales with a minimum of 3 years of post-qualification experience (PQE).

- Strong understanding of corporate and insolvency law, with a particular emphasis on restructuring.

- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
