We are supporting an outstanding London based Law Firm who are expanding their team and seeking an IT Service Delivery Manager to join their phenomenal team. Our client is in search of a brilliant Service Delivery professional for this role; you must come from a Law Firm background and hold a wealth of experience within Office 365 to be successful. Whether you are at manager level currently or looking for that next step up, we want to hear from you! You must be able to showcase your skills within service delivery improvements as well as the implementation of new systems. Having a dedicated work-ethic will see you prosper and reach success.
The role will involve:
- Taking lead on IT Service Delivery Projects.
- Implementing new systems.
- Being involved within day-to-day operations within the IT team.
- Stakeholder management.
- Recognising service improvements.
