What You’ll Do – Delivery-Focused Resourcing Responsibilities in the Energy Sector

Work closely with our Recruitment Consultants and Account Managers to deliver qualified candidates for roles across the energy sector, focusing on EMEA and global projects.

Own the candidate journey: source, screen, interview, and manage candidates throughout the recruitment lifecycle—from initial outreach to successful placement. 

Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for technical and commercial roles in Oil & Gas, Renewables, and Engineering.

Ensure seamless candidate experiences and timely delivery against project hiring needs.

Collaborate with internal teams to understand job briefs, project requirements, and hiring priorities.

Promote diversity, equity, and inclusion in every candidate interaction and sourcing effort.

What We’re Looking For – Skills & Experience for Success in a Delivery Resourcing Role

Proven experience in technical candidate sourcing and delivery within recruitment, ideally in the energy, EPC, or engineering space.

Strong understanding of candidate markets across EMEA and an ability to quickly map and engage top talent.

Familiarity with recruiting for EPC, PMC, or Operator projects in Oil & Gas and/or Renewables.

Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills, with a proactive, delivery-first mindset.

A collaborative team player who thrives in a fast-paced, remote working environment.
