OUR PURPOSE AND CULTURE
We are driven to create a future where people and place enrich one another. We are wholly committed to rooting ourselves more deeply in every place we are in while setting new benchmarks for positive impact.
As a pioneering collective with a common purpose, we curate extraordinary moments and honor the soul of every place along our journey. At Rosewood Hotel Group, we answer The Calling. Together, we Make the Place.
THE TEAM
This role sits within the EMEA Regional Digital Hub, part of Rosewood’s Digital Marketing division, and reports to the Senior Director, Digital Marketing, Global. The Regional Digital Hub supports Rosewood’s evolving regional business model by delivering scalable, performance-driven digital marketing services across the region.
YOUR ROLE
As Manager, Digital Content, EMEA, you will own the production, quality control and performance of commercial digital content across the regional portfolio. Combining content strategy, channel planning and expert copywriting, you will ensure that digital content supports business objectives, enhances the customer experience and drives engagement and conversion in line with brand standards.
As the regional subject matter expert for digital content, you will establish best practices, drive consistency across channels and identify opportunities for optimization. Working closely with Brand, CRM, Social, Media, Analytics, Revenue Management, Digital Product, Creative, Operations, agencies and property stakeholders, you will balance strategic planning with hands-on execution to deliver audience-focused and commercially effective content.
HOW YOU’LL MAKE THE PLACE
- Own the regional commercial content plan, translating business priorities and property needs into a clear programme of activity, while establishing standards, templates, governance frameworks and review processes.
- Write, edit and optimize commercial website content across the portfolio and selected third-party platforms, applying SEO, UX/CX writing and accessibility best practices.
- Develop performance-focused content for CRM programmes, automated customer journeys, email campaigns, paid social, display advertising and other digital media channels.
- Use behavioural, SEO, conversion and content performance data to identify optimization opportunities, develop recommendations and support experimentation and A/B testing.
- Lead content quality assurance, audits, compliance and accessibility reviews, ensuring alignment with brand, legal and WCAG requirements across written and visual content.
- Act as the regional digital content specialist, partnering with global, regional and property stakeholders to support localization, share best practices and evaluate emerging opportunities in AI-enabled content, personalization and content governance.
COULD THIS BE YOU?
- You bring significant experience in digital content, commercial copywriting, content marketing or a related discipline, ideally within premium consumer, hospitality, travel, lifestyle or luxury brands.
- You have developed high-performing content across websites, CRM and email programmes, paid social and digital advertising channels.
- You have strong knowledge of SEO principles, UX writing methodologies, customer experience content strategies and WCAG accessibility standards.
- You are experienced in CRM lifecycle communications, content-led experimentation, A/B testing and performance optimization, with the ability to translate insights into actionable recommendations.
- You are proficient in working with CMS, CRM, analytics, project management and digital marketing platforms, and can manage multiple stakeholders, markets and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- You demonstrate exceptional written English, editing, proofreading and content quality management skills. Experience in localization, translation management or international markets, and a relevant bachelor’s degree, would be advantageous.
OUR BENEFITS
As part of our team, you’ll enjoy a thoughtfully designed benefits package that supports your wellbeing, professional growth, and life beyond work. This includes medical coverage, retirement benefits, paid time off, complimentary room nights, learning and development opportunities, global career opportunities, and industry-leading paid parental leave supporting eligible associates across all paths to parenthood.
OUR COMMITMENT TO YOU
At Rosewood Hotel Group, your voice is heard and valued. We’re a community that encourages associates to be themselves, not fit into a fixed culture, and this philosophy shines through in our commitments to reflect and honor the history, culture and geography of our destinations. We’re not only committed to building and nurturing genuine, long-lasting relationships but to transforming them, and our Diversity, Equity and Inclusion strategy helps put these principles into practice.
