What you'll be doing:

The Customer Care Exec role is a fantastic opportunity to join Iomart as the face of our Easyspace brand. We're looking for someone who is passionate about delivering outstanding service, building lasting relationships, and representing our brand with warmth and professionalism. At Iomart, customer experience is at the heart of everything we do. In a fast-paced and ever-evolving industry, customer feedback is vital to helping us innovate and improve. As part of our Customer Care Team, you'll be reaching out to both new and existing customers to gather insights, identify opportunities, and ensure we continue to provide the right products and solutions to meet their needs.

You'll also work closely with our Renewals Team, where you'll take ownership of customer account renewals while proactively seeking opportunities to grow accounts and add value.

Responsibilities:

• Meeting and exceeding renewal targets and KPIs
• Using renewals leads to generate new sales opportunities
• Growing customer accounts by providing expert knowledge of our products and services

We want to hear from you if you:

• Have previous experience in sales and renewals
• Have previous customer service experience
• Are excellent at objection handling
