We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Procurement professional to manage Indirect procurement activity and manage category management at Edgewell.
We need an independent teammate with a strong business mindset, someone who has been working in a fast-paced FMCG or CPG environment within indirect categories.
We are seeking an individual with excellent Business Partnership values who has relentless drive for continuous improvement and wants to push forward on a journey to ‘indirect excellence’.

The role will work across multiple categories including but not limited to marketing, sales, professional services and other indirect spend categories. The individual will need to work collaboratively with other functions to achieve high business benefit.
To be successful in role the candidate will need extremely strong people and stakeholder relationship management skills.
The role’s purpose is to deliver competitive advantage to Edgewell Europe. To achieve this we need an optimised indirect supply network that delivers high quality services to stakeholders with market competitive commercials, well negotiated contracts with business benefit and innovation where appropriate.
Here’s a sample of what you’ll get up to:
- Category Management (EU): Lead end-to-end sourcing strategies across key indirect categories (e.g., Marketing, Sales, Data, Professional Services, Fleet, and others)
- Sourcing: Conduct competitive RFX processes, negotiate with suppliers, and manage contracts to ensure optimal cost, quality, service, and risk profiles
- Stakeholder Engagement: Partner with internal stakeholders to understand business needs and align procurement strategies accordingly
- Supplier Management: Develop and manage key supplier relationships, monitor SLA and KPI performance, conduct QBRs, and foster continuous improvement and innovation
- Cost Optimisation: Identify cost-saving opportunities and lead value initiatives without compromising quality or service
- Risk Management: Ensure compliance, contract governance, and supply continuity by managing commercial and operational risks
- Sustainability & ESG: Support corporate sustainability goals by integrating responsible sourcing practices
- Proactively thinking about how we can add competitive edge within indirects. Identify opportunities for innovation.
- Opportunity Identification, Indirect Pipeline Creation and Stakeholder Networking.
- Understanding availability of leading-edge technologies or trends within indirects.
- Proactively benchmarking our practices against other businesses. Builds competitive advantage for the business (3rd party services, optimal commercials, optimal contracts)
- Ensure indirect supply network is adequately set up to support the delivery of company objectives.
- Develops relationships with senior executives from key suppliers and engages them in strategic supplier management for value creation and innovation.

Here’s what we are looking for:
- Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, Business, a technical field, or equivalent experience
- Experience in indirect procurement within FMCG, CPG, or a similarly fast-paced industry
- Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders
- Proactive approach to problem-solving
- Demonstrated success in managing complex sourcing projects and indirect categories using strong project management, presentation, and communication skills
- Ability to execute administrative and operational tasks to maintain procurement documentation, PO management, supplier records, contract data, and support compliance and audit requirements
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including total cost of ownership analysis
- Excellent negotiation and contract management skills
- Familiarity with business systems (e.g., SAP)
- Strong commercial and strategic thinking abilities
- Understanding of ESG, supplier diversity, and sustainable sourcing is a plus
- Experience working cross-functionally and cross-culturally across multiple European markets
