About the Role

The successful candidate will work closely with class teachers to support learning across the school, helping pupils engage with lessons and make progress. You will provide classroom assistance, offer individual and small-group support, and contribute to a positive and inclusive learning environment.

• Supporting teachers with lesson preparation and classroom activities.

• Working with individuals and small groups to reinforce learning.

• Previous experience working with children in a school or similar setting is desirable.
