EYFS Teacher | Vibrant Primary School in Hammersmith
A welcoming and inclusive primary school in Hammersmith is seeking a dedicated EYFS Teacher to join their team from January 2026 . This is a full-time, permanent role offering an exciting opportunity to shape the early learning experiences of young children in a nurturing and stimulating environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver engaging and developmentally appropriate EYFS lessons
- Support pupils’ social, emotional, and academic development in a safe and inclusive classroom
- Track, assess, and report on pupils’ progress, ensuring every child meets their potential
- Work closely with teaching assistants and colleagues to maintain high-quality provision
- Communicate effectively with parents and carers, fostering strong home–school partnerships
- Contribute to the wider life of the school and support school initiatives

Candidate Requirements
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent

- Excellent communication, organisational, and teamwork skills
- Passion for early years education and commitment to helping every child thrive
