Working closely with the Asset Management System Engineering teams and Training and Licensing Manager in establishing business technical training needs both current and future. The Technical Learning Partner will author and develop technical training course content as a technical expert with the subject matter experts and ensuring it meets future requirements across all the business. This is a Hybrid role and will require some travel to our office in London, Pirin Court E16 4TL as needed.
Technical Learning Partner What you'll do:
- Developing and maintaining the hierarchical structures of training courses contained within the training catalogue
- Assisting the interface of systems, data and training material between the development and delivery environments
- Reviewing training products to ensure compliance with applicable standards and specifications
- Coordinating with Technical system owners, Subject Matter Experts, Project Managers and others to develop training requirements and solutions
- Creating, testing and documenting training material and updating existing training catalogues
Who you are:
This role would suit you if you were from either an L&D or engineering technology background and have previous experience of working with SME's to develop and monitor training effectiveness, assess learning outcomes, and gather feedback to improve current and future programs.
Technical Learning Partner Key Requirements:
- Building and maintaining of training materials including course content and teaching materials
- Gap analysis and capability review carried out annually to inform plan and delivery.
- Engineering Technology Background
- Monitor training effectiveness, assess learning outcomes, and gather feedback to improve programs
- Keep abreast of new technologies, industry trends, and best practices in training and development.
