What You’ll Be Doing:
Joining in a cohort of at least 8 others at a similar career level to you, you’ll be joining and trained/upskilled as a 360 recruitment consultant to our Strativ standard.
By being embedded into our teams and trained by experienced consultants who are leaders in their markets, you’ll learn how to:
Identify, engage, and build relationships with top-tier candidates and clients.
Partner with clients to understand their hiring challenges and pitch, sell, negotiate the right solution.
Manage the entirety of the recruitment processes: from searching, identifying, engaging with clients and candidates, to running the briefing meetings, organising the interviews and feedback, placing and onboarding candidates.
Become a market expert by gathering market intel and building a community/ network around you.
Although our business operates on a Freedom & Responsibility work ethos, you’ll start with structured support, but responsibility and autonomy will come quickly for those who demonstrate capability and drive.
