Nanny
This is a long-term position suited to a career nanny who is passionate about child development and thrives in a structured, high-standard environment. Key Requirements:
Minimum 10+ years professional nanny experience
Experience in UHNW, VIP, Royal.. households
Native-level English (essential)
University degree required (childcare-related qualification highly desirable)
Additional childcare training (e.g. Norland, maternity nurse, early years education, or equivalent) strongly preferred
EU or UK passport required
Strong communication skills and a proactive, professional approach
Physically fit, energetic, and genuinely engaged with children’s development
Experience working within private households and as part of a team
Driving licence (confidence driving in the UK and Europe is an advantage)
Tech-savvy and confident managing child-related organisation/tasks
SEN experience Role Overview:
Monday–Friday, approximately 10:00am–8:00pm (flexibility required)
Combination of sole charge and shared care
Care for three children (newborn to school age), with responsibilities varying throughout the day
Focus on developmental care, engagement, and education, particularly with a young baby
School pick-ups, after-school activities, and structured play
Working collaboratively with parents and existing household staff
Occasional travel with the family during school holidays What We Offer:
