Employment Associate 5+ PQE
- Advise employer clients on a wide range of employment law issues.
- Manage Employment Tribunal litigation, including drafting pleadings and preparing cases for hearing.
- Assist with complex advisory work including discrimination, TUPE, and reorganisations.
- Draft contracts, settlement agreements, and employment documentation.
- Provide clear, practical, and commercially focused advice to clients.
- Support business development initiatives within the Employment team.
