As a Data Analyst, you’ll be immersed in a dynamic environment focused on optimizing customer journeys and strengthening monetization strategies. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, harnessing the power of data, AI, and analytics to drive impactful outcomes.

This is a 12-months-long position via Aquent, which requires onsite presence 3x per week in London, Victoria.

What You’ll Do:

• Design, build, and maintain data pipelines and analytical models to support data enablement and engineering initiatives.
• Conduct in-depth analyses of customer success and retention programs, identifying opportunities to enhance customer lifetime value.
• Transform raw data into actionable insights that improve customer journeys across digital platforms and support monetization strategies.
• Collaborate with product, marketing, operations, and engineering teams to foster data-informed decision-making.
• Track, measure, and evaluate the performance of marketing and customer engagement campaigns.
• Utilize AI and advanced analytics to uncover trends and patterns that inform future strategies and product development.
• Present findings and recommendations to technical and non-technical stakeholders, influencing business decisions with data-driven insights.

Qualifications:

• 2–5 years of experience in data analytics, data engineering, or performance analysis.
• Proven experience working in SaaS, Fintech, or MarTech environments.
• Experience with campaign analytics and performance measurement in customer success or retention programs.
• Strong SQL skills and proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Looker, Power BI).
• Knowledge of data engineering practices, including ETL processes, pipeline automation, and cloud-based data platforms.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into business insights.

Nice-to-Haves:

• Background in digital platforms or subscription-based businesses, with exposure to customer monetization strategies.
• Familiarity with leveraging AI/ML models for customer insights and business strategy.
• Demonstrated ability to deliver quantifiable results in past projects (e.g., improved retention rates, increased engagement, revenue growth).
